In this lesson we encourage you to jump right in, watch videos on the origination of Food Dignity®, think more about what this concept means to you, and consider how it helps solve hidden hunger.

- A drawing that opens the conversation about the impacts of poverty on people's mental health
- Group or individual activity exploring the term "hidden hunger"
